Can we bring our own wine?
BYO wine only is welcome at Biviano’s Dural Monday to Thursday only. Corkage applies of $20.00 per bottle. BYO is not permitted Friday, Saturday, Sunday or special event days including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Melbourne Cup, NYE, etc. Please contact our team in advance to confirm details.
Can we bring our own cake?
Celebration cakes are welcome. A cakeage fee applies of $4.00 per person.
Do group bookings have special dining requirements?
Bookings of 14 or more guests are required to dine on one of our set menus. Menu items and pricing may change with seasonal availability. Please contact our events team for details.
Bookings of 20 or more guests require a private room. Our team will help select the most suitable space and menu options.
Is there any dining restrictions?
A minimum of one main meal per guest is required, which can be enjoyed individually or shared.
Group reservations of 8 or more guests require a credit card pre-authorisation to confirm the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours, reduced guest numbers, or no-shows incur a $30 per person fee. For groups over 14 guests with set menu requirements, please refer to your event specific terms and conditions.
What is the High Tea booking and cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24-hours, reduced guest numbers within 24-hours, or no-shows incur a $59 per person fee.
High Tea bookings must be made online only a minimum 24-hours prior. High Tea bookings made within a 24-hour time frame may be automatically cancelled.
Do you charge a weekend or public holiday surcharge?
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.
Can we request specific seating arrangements?
We do our best to accommodate seating requests but cannot guarantee specific tables. Groups over 12 guests may be seated across multiple tables to ensure comfort and smooth service.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer convenient private on-site parking for our guests.
Are children welcome?
Families are welcome at Biviano’s and we offer menu options suitable for younger guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Biviano’s offers accessible entry and facilities. If you or your guests have specific mobility needs, please let us know in advance so we can assist.
Can we bring decorations?
You’re welcome to bring small table decorations. For larger styling items, balloons, etc, please check with our team beforehand to ensure they suit the space and service flow. Scatters and / or loose rose petals are not permitted within the venue at any time and nothing is permitted to be hung or stuck to furniture, fixtures or fittings. Any decorations are limited to the booked table except in the case of private room bookings. Please speak to your events coordinator for more information.
